Walking from my ST PETE BEACH home to where this picture was taken takes me 10 minutes on the sand and another 30 min walk to Pass-A-Grille at its tip. I Love living on ST PETE BEACH Florida as it is a small barrier island with around 10,000 Residents but only 25 min from Tampa International Airport! This Pink Hotel called the  Don Cesar Hotel and today a Lowes Don Cesar Hotel was built in the 1926 by Thomas Rowe after he purchased this 80 acres of St. Pete Beach. Don Cesar Place was developed and built behind the hotel by Rowe to have forever deeded beach access for its residents the many staff needed back then to man the 220 room Hotel.
